So many businesses have taken almost and adversarial attitude towards the customer, in other words, they over compensate for a consumer not following through. As a business, it is my understanding, that the business should always follow through and do as they promise! Loyalty between consumers and businesses should remain alive, profit above service is a bad plan and will cost the business in the long run!

I'm really glad I decided to go with both your company and Sierra Suites for accommodations for my wedding. People are now wishing there were more Sierra Suites around. They were even kind enough to offer the discounted rate to those people that weren't sure they'd make to the wedding until after the cutoff date. I have already referred someone to your service for a wedding she's planning in Michigan.

I will definitely use your site in the future. This was my first time setting up a conference for a government agency so I have learned a lot. By having the hotels bid for business or at least advise if they could accommodate was a HUGE time saver. I started by throwing darts at hotels in certain locations and cold calling them before I found your website! I really appreciate yours and the teams help.

Each time I found a hotel, either the prices were through the roof or the hotel was a complete dump. I accidentally called you when I thought I was calling a hotel in the Cape Cod area. I can't calculate the time that saved me--it was so easy to choose the perfect hotel for our event. This is an awesome free service!
